Here provide solutions to solve the problem of non-discharge of pellet machine.
1.Raw material moisture is not appropriate;
Higher or lower moisture in the material will cause ring die holes blockage,and lead to non-discharge of pellet machine.In this case,the material moisture should be controlled between 13%-20%.
2.The ring die and rollers are seriously worn;
Ring die and rollers are main spare parts of pellet machine,also belong to wearing parts.If these parts are aging or malfunction,these will also cause the pellet machine non-discharge.If the pellet machine is newly purchased,you only need to see which part do not work to distinguish what is the problem.And if it is used for many years,it means that the wearing parts are aging and should be replaced.
3.The mould compression ratio is not suitable;
Different materials require different mould compression ratio.Normally regular manufacturer will customize the moulds separately according to customers’ needs.Check the mould compression ratio,if not suitable,replace the mould.
4.The distance between ring die and roller is not suitable;
The formation of final pellet is by the extrusion of ring die and rollers.If the distance between the two parts is not appropriate,the pellet machine can not discharge normally.
5.There are accumulating materials in the pellet machine.
After production,there will have some accumulation,non-cleaned residue.During the pellet machine operation,the temperature will rise,these residue material will solidify into hard block,so the pellet machine can not discharge normally.To solve this problem,the worker need to clean up the inside residues,and feed oil mixed materials to fill the ring die holes to prevent blockage of the next production.
