Shindery made two sets of SG500x600 hammer mill and LGX560 pellet mill for Denmark customer.These equipments have been installed and commissioned, and will be put into use soon.These equipments are mainly used for producing high quality pine wood sawdust pellets.

Features of LGX560 pellet mill:

1. Independent & intelligent lubrication system, bring precise & automatic lubrication to bearings.
2. Horizontal main motor with high precision assembly to ensure excellent dynamic balance.
3. Main transmission part adopts BONENG brand standard reducer with features of much higher transmission efficiency and excellent durability.
4. Integral precision casting shaft seat and main shaft, then high precision machined.
5. High precision ring die made by special alloy and then processed by vacuum hardening, ring die inside holes are all polished.
6. Feeding vertically and directly to pelletizing chamber.
