Do you know  how to operate and maintain the drum wood chipper?
1.To fully exert the performance of the drum wood chipper,the operators should not be less than 2 people;
2.There must be no iron,stone or other impurities in the raw material;
3.When machine working,properly adjust the feed amount of the raw materials,too much will easily cause the overload stopping and too little will affect the cutting eficiency;
4.If blockage occurs during work,forcible feeding such as hand or iron bar should not be allowed,and the machine should be stopped immediately for removal;
5.When drum wood chipper working,if abnormal sounds are found or heard,the machine should be stopped immediately for checking.Before checking,the power must be cut off.It is forbidden to troubleshoot when the machine is running;
6.Grease should be added once a day to each moving part,and lithium grease should be added once to the main bearing for 300hours;
7.When stopping work,should let the drum wood chipper idle for abour 2 minutes,clean the dust and weeds in the machine and then shut down;
8.Attention should be paid to rust prevention.The motor of wood chipper should not be damped and water intake should not be allowed to prevent rust of machine part;
9.Pay attemtion to the safety of electricity,and the connection should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of motor signs;
10.Before each start of the machine,fill each lubrication point and check if the solid bolts are loose;
11.When the drum wood chipper is running,it must be noted that the temperature of the spindle rolling bearing does not exceed 65℃.
