Raw materials of biomass pellet production line

First,let’s get to know the equipment of the biomass pellet production line.It includes crushing equipment,drying equipment,biomass pellet machine,cooling equipment and packaging equipment.These equipments are mainly used to produce biomass pellet,while the core part of the whole line is biomass pellet machine.The biomass pellet machine is a kind of production which uses the crushed sawdust of eucalyptus,pine,beech,polar and crop straw bamboo as raw material to produce pellet fuel.
Taking wood waste as example,raw materials are treated as follows before being processed into pellet.

1.Drying process
If the raw materials’ moisture content exceeds 35%,then drying process is necessary.In particular,we have improved the lifting plate of the drying drum,increased the quantity of mixing screen,thus reduceing the area of the tunnel,prolonging the drying time of the material in the drying drum,and greatly improving the drying efficiency of the drying drum.
After drying,the material meets the moisture requirement and will be transfered to next process.

2.Crushing process
1)Drum Wood Chipper
In the chipping process,we generally use drum wood chipper.Drum wood chipper has the advantages of stable work and large output.Drum wood chipper can be used to deal pine,miscellaneous wood,poplar,oak,beech and other logs into unifrom chips.It can also chip carious materials such as board,veneer,bamboo,branches,corn stalks,cotton stalks,reeds and other non-wood firber poles.Users can adjust the specifications of wood chips within a certin range according to their needs.The product has high output and regular discharging.After chipping,the wood chips are transfered by belt conveyor to hammer crusher for crushing.

2)Hammer Crusher/Hammer Mill
The hammer crusher achieves crushing effect by high speed and repeated collision between the hammers and raw materials.The multifunctional hammer crusher can be used to crush materials like branches,wood shavings,wood chips,cotton straw,corn straw,wheat straw etc.After crushing,the final size can reach 3-4mm.

3.Pelletizing Process
Vertical ring die biomass pellet machine is core part of whole pellet production line.
Biomass pellet machine includes main pellet machine,feed conveyor,automatic lubrication system,dust collector and control panel.The woking principle is sawdust form raw material are extruded at high temperature to for pellet,the fan sucks the surplus fust into the bag filter,and the automatic lubrication system lubricates the two bearings of main shaft,two rollers and lifting plates to ensure the normal operation of the pellet machine.

4.Cooling Process
After pelletizing,the pellet temperature is about 60-80℃.The pellet temperature can be reduced by cooling machine,which makes the pellet easier to store.

5.Packaging Process
In order to facilitate storage,the packaging process is necessary.The packing machine equips automatic sealing machine,which packs final pellet into 10-50kg or jumbo bag according to different models machine.
