Nanyang City is located in the southwestern of Henan Province. Peanut is one of the important crops in this region and peanut shell is one of the ideal materials for making pellet fuel. This customer use Nanyang’s rich peanut shell resource and invested this 4t/h peanut shell pellet making line. The entire line has the following characteristics:

1. In view of the high soil/sand content in peanut shell raw material, a rotary screener is arranged to screen peanut shells;
2. The pelletizing part adopts two units of LGX600 centrifugal ring die pellet machine, which produce 2 tons per unit and 4 tons of peanut shell pellets when combined.
3. The feeding part of the pellet machines adopts belt feeding, then double screw feeder which can divide peanut shell into two pellet machines equally; when one pellet machine needs to be shut down for maintenance, the feeder can still be used for another pellet machine.

The caloric value of peanut shell pellet is about 3800 kcal. The peanut shell after harvest can be directly pelletized. If it is pulverized before pelletizing, the pelletizing efficiency will be greatly improved. The crushing equipment will be added later in this factory.
