Inquiry was received in 2014,the customer is owner of an oak floor factory.Raw material is Ukrainian Oak(Quercus Robur),which is sawdust form with a moisture of 8-12%.They are getting sawdust 22-24CBM(17-18tons).

Because this was first time they start to produce pellet,and final pellet was for general market in Europe.Customer wanted to get advice from our side.

We,SHINDERY in the process of design, production and installation of production line, have accumulated a lot of experience. Considering the raw materials, output requirements, actual situation of the working plant and the requirements of the European market for wood pellets, our tech. department provided the following solutions for customer’s reference.

After comparison and negotiation, the customer chose our plan.This is a simple pellet making line,core part is one set of LGX-560 ring die pellet machine,one set of wood pellet cooler and one set of wood pellet packing machine.Capacity of the whole line is 1.5t/h.
